Dear Mr. Halligan:
Please be advised, that Texakota, Inc. could not be happier or more pleased with our Halligan foam roof. Since the initial installation, in July of 2005, we have experienced NO problems of any kind with leaks etc Further, we noticed an immediate decrease in our electrical bills due to the insulating/ eflective nature of the Halligan roof.
