Halligan's Foam Is a 100% acrylic elastomer coating which combines high solids emulsion polymers, reinforcing laminar pigments, and non-migrating fire retardents for superior durability, weaterproofing, ultraviolet resistance and fire resistance. The fire retardant chemicals are permanently locked into the cured coating. Halligan's Foam Coating is unique among acrylic elastomers in that elongation and tensile strength properties bothe increase at lower tempuratures.
